RENT
Do you want to rent out your property in Amsterdam or the surrounding area and need the expertise and service of an enthusiastic real estate agent? Then Real Estate Network would like to help you with the rental of your property.
We mediate in the rental of houses in the free sector. We do not distinguish between (partly) furnished or unfurnished properties.
If you have a preference regarding the type of tenant, we will of course make this possible.
We are experienced in identifying and extensively screening suitable tenants so that you enter into a worry-free tenancy. Throughout the process, you will be kept informed and we ensure transparent and intensive communication to our clients.
-During the introductory meeting, we will record the property. On the basis of this we draw up a personal rental plan in close consultation with you.
- We determine a fair rental price.
- If desired, we can have the house professionally photographed.
- After approval of all the documents, we list the property on the Pararius/Funda network, social media, and our own network.
- We carry out the negotiations with the potential tenant.
- We screen the tenant and check the supplied documents.
- We draw up the lease.
- We organise the delivery, the so-called check-in.
- At the end of the rental period, we take care of the check-out.
CLAIRE
Van Triest Real Estate Network was co-founded by Claire von Stralendorff. Being born in Amsterdam, Claire knows all too well what the city has to offer and is well informed about the ins and outs of the real estate market. Through her years of experience at several real estate offices and her interest in the real estate industry, Claire has developed her knowledge on several aspects of the market.
ROB
Rob was born in a former Amsterdam squat, as the second son in an entrepreneurial family. Rob knew at an early age that he wanted to go into real estate. When he was fourteen, he joined his great uncle's real estate company. For a number of years he worked in sales, very handy in this profession. In 2015 he ended up at Peter Bruin Makelaardij. After five instructive years he went to Eerlijk WOZ. In 2020 he decided to start his own business not long after that he met former Peter Bruin colleague Claire, the cooperation was quickly established.
CARMEN
Carmen IJpma (1993) grew up in De Kop van Noord-Holland. After working at a large real estate firm, she made the choice to start at Van Triest Real Estate Network in March 2022. Carmen is responsible for the constant optimisation and digitalisation of the processes within the company, in addition she fulfils a brokerage function and is responsible for all Social Media. Her aim is to find a constant balance between the recent developments in the field of digitalising and maintaining the personal contact between candidates and clients.
BRIAN

HANNAH
Hannah Molenbeek was born in Amsterdam and has lived here all her life. As a purebred Amsterdammer, she knows the city like the back of her hand. Hannah is enthusiastic and driven and always does her work with a smile. She rides her scooter all over the city to visit your future apartment together with you. Besides her work as an assistant real estate agent, she studies law at the University of Amsterdam.
SOPHIA
Sophia Chakiri is our social media manager in addition to being an assistant broker. Sophia grew up in Amsterdam and now lives in Oud-Zuid. In her free time she loves drawing, terraces and socializing with friends and family. She is very inquisitive and social. She likes to put a lot of energy into people she cares about and is therefore completely content at her workplace with the nicest colleagues. Sophia studies besides, her work at Real Estate Network, Psychobiology at the University of Amsterdam.
