- Interview with your employee in person or through Microsoft Teams we discuss your employee’s detailed search criteria regarding their new home.
- Informing your employees about new listing on daily basis, whether these are recently listed properties or off market listings.
- Schedule and attend viewings either together with your employee or on their behalf.
- Making offers, negotiating and reviewing the contracts.
- Attending the move-in and move-out inspection.
After care
- Transport from the airport to their new home.
- Advising and applying for all necessary utilities.
- Advising on general relocation matters such as; nearest schools, municipality matters, gyms etc.
- Advising on the buying process if applicable after the rental period.
- Furnishing/ interior advice.
- Assisting them with all the questions they have during the entire rental period.
- If necessary connecting their partner to recruiters within our network.
- Recommending ‘hotspots’ in the near vicinity of their new home.

CLAIRE
Van Triest Real Estate Network is mede opgericht door Claire von Stralendorff. Als geboren Amsterdamse weet Claire maar al te goed wat de stad te bieden heeft en is zij goed op de hoogte van het reilen en zeilen van de vastgoedmarkt. Door haar jarenlange ervaringen bij verschillende vastgoedkantoren en haar interesse in de vastgoedbranche heeft Claire haar kennis op meerdere aspecten van de markt ontwikkeld.
ROB
Rob is geboren in een voormalig Amsterdams kraakpand, als tweede zoon in een ondernemersfamilie. Al heel jong wist Rob dat hij het vastgoed in wilde. Op zijn veertiende liep hij mee in het vastgoedbedrijf van zijn oudoom. Een aantal jaren heeft hij in de sales gewerkt, erg handig in dit vak. In 2015 kwam hij bij Peter Bruin Makelaardij terecht. Na vijf leerzame jaren is hij naar Eerlijk WOZ gegaan. In 2020 besloot hij voor zichzelf te beginnen niet lang daarna kwam hij oud Peter Bruin collega Claire tegen, de samenwerking was snel beklonken.
CARMEN
Carmen IJpma (1993) opgegroeid in De Kop van Noord-Holland. Na gewerkt te hebben bij een grote vastgoedfirma, heeft zij de keuze gemaakt om per maart 2022 te beginnen bij Van Triest Real Estate Network. Carmen is verantwoordelijk voor het constant optimaliseren en digitaliseren van de processen binnen het bedrijf, daarnaast vervult zij een makelaarsfunctie en is Carmen verantwoordelijk voor alle Social Media. Haar streven is om een constante balans te vinden tussen de recente ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitaliseren en het persoonlijke contact tussen kandidaten en opdrachtgevers te behouden.
