Wij hebben ervaring in het herkennen en uitgebreid screenen van geschikte huurders zodat u een zorgeloze huurperiode aangaat. Tijdens het gehele proces wordt u op de hoogte gehouden en dragen wij zorg voor een transparante en intensieve communicatie naar onze opdrachtgevers.

  • We conduct viewings and discuss progress with you.
  • We handle negotiations with potential tenants.
  • We screen the tenant and verify the provided documents.
  • We draft the lease agreement.
  • We organize the handover, known as the check-in.
  • At the end of the rental period, we handle the check-out.
